MJM are an independent commercial property consultancy based in Essex, providing commercial agency and advisory services in relation to all sectors of commercial property. Including retail, industrial, office, land, mixed use, investment and development opportunities. We work with a range of clients from private individuals, private property companies, local authorities, developers and investment funds.
In addition, MJM provide a Property Restructure & Improvement service to property owners, landlords and tenants in relation to both commercial and residential buildings.
The business was established in 2011 by Mark Mannering who has worked in the Essex, Home Counties, East London and Eastern European property markets.
Mark Mannering MRICS
Managing Director
Mark started his career as a commercial property consultant in 1989 as a trainee agent with Glenny in their Barking office.
From there he joined Kemsley Whitely & Ferris, reaching Partner level and managing their Basildon Office. In 2006 he joined King Sturge as Director of their Bucharest office in Romania.
After returning to the UK in 2011, Mark set up MJM carrying out agency, management and general advisory work for various private clients. Also consulting to a number of Essex based Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Agents.
Mark has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1995.
Holly May
Company Administrator and Services Co-ordinator.
Holly has worked in the property industry since 2013, both in the commercial and residential sectors . Her most recent role was Head of Property Management for Elliot James Prime Residential in Loughton.
Having previously worked together in a consultancy capacity, Holly has now joined Mark at MJM Property Consultants to manage the administration for the company.
Away from the office, Holly owns her own holistic therapy business, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. She is also a Reiki healer and spiritual coach.
Pete Mannering
Pete has worked in the construction and building maintenance sector for over 40 years working on commercial and residential properties, schools and public buildings. He has worked for a range of clients including private individuals, corporate businesses and local authorities.
Pete is City and Guilds trained in carpentry and joinery and has many years’ experience in all aspects of construction, fit-out and repurposing projects covering a wide variety of skilled trades.
